As per NKK constitution, only active NKK members can perform on stage at NKK events. If you wish to participate in the cultural programs, please purchase / renew your memberships prior to the event.

Event Fees:
Categories: Adult – 18 years or older | Student (with University ID) – 18 years or older | Child – 6 yrs to 17 yrs | Kids – Less than 6 years (Free).
There are also Member Sponsor Packages (see table below). We depend on the generosity of sponsors to conduct events and bring the Kannada community together. Thank you for supporting and being part of NKK!
Payment methods: On website, you can either choose the direct Apple Pay option or ‘Add to Cart’ (https://nkkphila.org/cart) and checkout from there. You can also register at the welcome desk on the day of the event (Zelle). However, ticket prices may change after Nov 7th.
Tickets: You will receive two confirmation emails; one for registration and one for payment. To avoid confusion, we will usually prepare envelopes per family ahead of time for all registrants, however, please be prepared show the registration confirmation on day of event if prompted.
The ticket price will go up $10 for adults and $5 for kids and students after Nov 7th and on the day of event to accommodate for additional last-minute food orders. See below table for the prices.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime before Nov 7th for a full refund, cancellations after that will not be refunded. If canceled before Nov 7th, please send an email with all your details (Name, Email, amount paid) to treasurer@nkkphila.org. The 4% platform fees (Stripe) will be deducted from the refund. Please give us up to 2 weeks to process your refund.
Vendor Sponsors: Please check out the Vendor Package options in https://nkkphila.org/sponsorship/
Member Sponsors: For anonymous sponsorship, notify President@nkkphila.org after payment.
Donation: Any amount, anytime helps NKK – Zelle to treasurer@nkkphila.org and notify us over the same email.
