Thank you for your interest in our organization! We depend on the generosity of sponsors to conduct events and bring the Kannada community together. In order to continue to organize events, hold concerts, encourage local & Indian talent, volunteer for charity work, etc., the sponsorships we receive are absolutely critical. Audience & Visibility for Vendor Sponsors
We host vendors at our two flagship events of the year: Yugadi (April) and DeepavaLi/Rajytosava (Nov).
- Gain visibility and recognition at the flagship events and support our cultural activities. Choose your vendor package below!
- Packaged Opportunities for Vendor Tables, Stage Time, Event Booklet Ads, Logo on Website, or all of the above.
- NKK social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Website. has hundreds of followers that view your sponsorships.
- Irrespective of virtual or physical nature of programs, we have effective platforms to showcase our vendor sponsors throughout the year.
- Logo Banner on our website homepage.
- Ad in our event booklet (shared as a PDF, Reference Booklet).
- Social media promotion: Facebook and Instagram stories and posts before the event featuring the vendor details provided. YouTube video thanking all the sponsors posted after the event.
- Thank you messages to all vendors on stage, with the logos displayed throughout the program buffers and breaks.
- Refreshments like snacks/coffee/tea (usually 4:30-5 pm or 5-5:30 pm).
- Vendor tables: Standard 6×4 table and space provided. You can arrange for your own table, but need to let us know about the sizes ahead of time so we can plan to accommodate you. Only Elite and VIP package vendors can set up more than one table (see package options below).
- Social Media Promotion: All packages will publish one story after the purchase of your package and one post in the week of the event. Depending on the package level, this can be a dedicated engagement (Basic, Elite, and VIP) or group collage of vendors (Standard).
- Stage Time: All vendors will be thanked and announced at multiple intervals on stage across the program duration. Only VIP package vendors get dedicated stage time of 5 minutes. If applicable, Elite package vendors will have their raffles announced by MCs on stage.
