1. Both members and non-members need to first log in to their account (https://nkkphila.org/my-account/) before registering for the event.
2. NKK Members get 25% discount on all ticket categories. The members and non-members prices are automatically shown on account login. Please renew your memberships if expired, prior to purchasing tickets.
3. As per NKK constitution, only NKK members can perform on stage. Please purchase / renew your memberships prior to the event.
4. Sponsorship opportunities are available to get tickets for more members of your family and support the Koota. Please see Event Fees table below for more info.

Event Fees:
Categories: Adult – 18 years or older | Student (with University ID) – 18 years or older | Child – 6 yrs to 17 yrs | Kids – Less than 6 years (Free).
Payment methods: On website, you can either choose the direct Apple Pay option or ‘Add to Cart’ (https://nkkphila.org/cart) and checkout from there.
You can also register at the welcome desk on the day of the event (Zelle). However, ticket prices will change after Apr 15th.
Tickets: You will receive two confirmation emails; one for registration and one for payment. Please show the registration confirmation on day of event, if asked.
The ticket price will go up $10 for adults and $5 for kids and students after April 15th and on the day of event to accommodate for additional last-minute food orders. See below table for the prices.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime before April 15th for a full refund, cancellations after that will not be refunded. If canceled before April 15th, please send an email with all your details (Name, Email, amount paid) to treasurer@nkkphila.org. The 4% platform fees (Stripe) will be deducted from the refund. Please give us up to 2 weeks to process your refund.
Event Attendee Sponsors: For anonymous sponsorship, notify President@nkkphila.org after payment.
Donation: Any amount, anytime helps NKK – Zelle to treasurer@nkkphila.org and notify us over the same email.
Event Disclaimer: By registering for the event, you hereby consent that any pictures and videos of individual/groups captured during the event may be used in NKK’s social media posts.
